Due to the nature of digital products, which can be duplicated and downloaded instantly, we do not offer refunds for digital ebook purchases.

Exception: In the rare event that you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased ebook, and our support team is unable to resolve it, we will issue a full refund.
2. Physical Products: Books, Herbal Kits, and Merchandise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your physical purchase.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Non-returnable items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened herbal products, tinctures, or salves unless they are damaged or defective.
